The hotel is new and rooms are nice and clean.
The breakfast is poor. The staff is not professional. We had to wait for our room at reception for 20min at 6pm. and when we opened the room there was a guy fixing the windows. Our window was just in front of another wall - what a wonderful view!

The hotel is almost on the beach side of Tel Aviv. Good transportation, simple but nice breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Hard to find reception people like these. The WiFi is perfect. The room was not big but nice and clean. The bathroom was new and had all facilites I need.
